Equipped with fiber laser cutters, CNC press brakes, turret punch presses, and dedicated welding stations, we handle everything from prototype sheet metal work to high-volume production runs.

Processing Capabilities
Fiber Laser Cutting
High-speed fiber laser for precision cutting of sheets up to 20mm thick (depending on material). Clean edges with minimal secondary finishing.
CNC Bending
Electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brakes with ±0.5° accuracy. Multiple bend sequences for complex profiles.
CNC Punching
Turret punch press for high-speed hole patterns, louvers, embossing, and forms. Ideal for enclosure panels.
Welding & Assembly
TIG, MIG, and spot welding for stainless steel and aluminum. Skilled welders for clean, strong joints.
Grinding & Deburring
Abrasive belt grinding and deburring for clean edges after cutting. Weld seam grinding for smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
Hardware Insertion
Self-clinching nut, standoff, and rivet installation. Pem-style fasteners for sheet metal assemblies.
Design Guidelines
Recommended design parameters for optimal sheet metal fabrication. Following these guidelines ensures consistent quality and cost-effective production.
Minimum Bend Radius
Bend radius should be ≥ 1× material thickness for steel, ≥ 1.5× for aluminum to avoid cracking. Tighter radii require special tooling.
Hole Diameter
Minimum hole diameter ≥ material thickness. Holes smaller than sheet thickness require multiple hits or secondary processing.
Hole to Edge Distance
Keep holes at least 2× material thickness from any edge or bend line to prevent deformation during forming.
Minimum Flange Length
Flange length should be ≥ 4× material thickness + bend radius. Shorter flanges are difficult to form accurately.
Bend to Hole Distance
Maintain ≥ 2.5× material thickness + bend radius from any bend line to the nearest hole or feature.
Notch & Tab Width
Minimum notch width ≥ material thickness. Tab width should be ≥ 2× material thickness to prevent distortion.
